Refund and Exchange Policy (Easy Access)

Introduction:

At Easy Access, we are committed to providing all our services easily and efficiently. Regarding refunds and exchanges for services and products, please read the following information carefully.

Refund Policy:

  • We are not obligated to refund or compensate for any service or product that was ordered by mistake, whether directly or indirectly, through our platform. Any action taken beyond this is subject to our personal evaluation on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our refund policy applies only to services and products provided directly by Easy Access, not third-party services (e.g., services from other providers or products offered by third-party vendors).
  • You can cancel a service or product order within 30 days of the start of the service/product. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transfer fees.
  • If you cancel with 15 days remaining before the start date, you will receive 50% of the paid amount, minus any banking or administrative fees. If 10 days or less remain before the service starts, no refund will be issued.

Exemptions from Refund:

  • General and private discounted services or products.
  • Services and products offered by third-party vendors.
  • Wearable items (e.g., hats, bags, shirts, etc.).
  • Any other specified exempt services.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanging services or products is not allowed except in the following cases:

  1. The service was canceled by us after you placed the order.
  2. The exchange request is made no less than 20 days before the start of the service/product.
  3. The service is exchangeable.
  4. The service to be exchanged is similar to or comparable to the original service.
  5. The service/product has a visible defect.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received (if it’s a physical product), we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, applied to your credit card, or returned through your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Note: The customer is responsible for any fees related to the refund process, such as administrative fees, banking fees, and shipping costs. If your refund takes longer or is delayed, please contact your bank or the financial institution involved.
